Joyce E. Moulthrop, MBA, CPA
Partner
Joyce has more than thirty years experience in the public accounting and
is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
She has an MBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration of
Rutgers University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
She is active in community organizations and is on the board of several
not-for-profit organizations. Joyce is responsible for the firm’s
tax practice providing accounting, consulting, tax preparation and tax
planning services to small businesses, individuals, partnerships, trusts
and estates.
William J. Arnold, CPA
Partner
Bill has over thirty years of business and public accounting experience
and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. He is
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Accountants
for the Public Interest – New Jersey Chapter. He received a Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University, and
has completed post-baccalaureate courses in accounting, finance, and economics.
Bill serves on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations in the
Montclair, NJ area.
Cornelius F. Spitzer, CPA
Partner
Cornelius has seventeen years of experience in private not-for-profit
and public accounting. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant
in New York, Pennsylvania, and Arkansas. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York Society of Certified
Public Accountants. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
from Dowling College in New York.
John M. Borges, CPA
Manager
John has had twelve years of combined not-for-profit organization and
public accounting experience. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant
in the State of New Jersey. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Grove City College. John
holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. In
his managerial role with LAM, John supervises audit, accounting and tax
engagements with a wide range of not-for-profit organizations including
churches, para-church organizations, and other not-for-profit clients.
He also provides accounting system design, implementation, and training
services to not-for-profit clients.
In addition to the above individuals, the Lambrides, Arnold, Moulthrop LLP staff includes other junior and senior professional accounting staff and technical support personnel.
Lambrides, Arnold, Moulthrop LLP is comprised of the partners and staff from the New Jersey office of Lambrides, Lamos, Moulthrop LLP, a firm which was established in the 1920's and had a national reputation for excellence. We are continuing a long tradition of hands-on comprehensive tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting services to a wide range of individual and corporate clients.
Our partners and staff have extensive experience in providing accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services to not-for-profit organizations. We have worked with colleges, schools, camps, community service organizations, church denominations, local churches and religious organizations.
